Advertising Administrative Assistant, Display Department - full-time
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Advertising Sales Assistant is responsible for performing routine administrative functions such as producing reports and presentations, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to sales representatives and managers.
Required Education, Prior Work Experience & Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
The successful candidate should have a High School diploma or GED. Should have considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Should also have considerable knowledge of math and basic office equipment. Must have excellent communication and organization skills.
