Swamp sounds take center stage at music festival

An audience of 6,000 is expected to attend the Swamp Pop Music Festival this weekend at the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales. The annual event is a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

This year’s lineup includes Warren Storm, Willie T and Cypress featuring Tommy McLain, Don Rich, T.K. Hulin and G.G. Shin, and Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition.
