The West Baton Rouge Museum, 845 N. Jefferson Ave., Port Allen, will celebrate Christmas Cajun style from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at its annual Holiday Open House. There will be open hearth cooking demonstrations, a hands-on Santa’s Workshop, photos with Santa, pony rides and refreshments. Admission is free. Breakfast With Santa
Registration is open for Breakfast With Santa 2012 at The Enchanted Mansion, A Doll Museum, 190 Lee Drive. Sessions will be at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. each day on Saturdays, Dec. 8 and 15. The cost is $18 and $5 for children age 2 and younger. A deposit is required. Also, the museum is showing its annual holiday exhibit, Angels and Cherubs. Museum hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays. All paid admission proceeds benefit the Thomas Dixon Sedberry Foundation for the Handicapped.

Children’s Chorus concert
The Greater Baton Rouge Children’s Chorus will perform its Christmas concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at University United Methodist Church, 3350 Dalrymple Drive. Jennifer Ellis and Bethany Ring are the directors.
Highlighting the concert will be a Baton Rouge “premiere” performance of Randall Thompson’s “The Place of the Blest” written in 1968 for the Boys Choir of St. Thomas Church, New York. Admission is free.
