‘HARRIET TUBMAN’ DRAMA INTERPRETS UNDERGROUND RAILROAD: 2 p.m., West Baton Rouge Museum, 845 N. Jefferson Ave., Port Allen. Actor Waddy-Thibodeaux portrays Harriet Tubman and her efforts with the Underground Railroad in the mid-19th century. Interactive discussion with the audience to follow performance. CHARLES DICKENS CLASSIC FILM FESTIVAL: 6 p.m., 143 Coates Hall, LSU campus. This week’s film: Great Expectations directed by David Lean. The semester-long series of films and discussions highlight the bicentennial of the renown 19th century English author. Free.
OPÉRA LOUISIANE ‘CHANSON D’AMOUR CONCERT: 7:30 p.m., Old State Capitol, 100 North Blvd. Concert of love songs, including opera duets, Broadway hits, and popular American love songs. Pre-performance event includes food, drink, pastries and hors d’oeurvres, which starts at 6 p.m. Tickets to the pre-formance event $35.
