Church plans dinner theater for King’s Ball
Tickets are on sale for the production An Invitation to the King’s Ball at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at the Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church Family Life Center, 9700 Scenic Highway.
Single tickets are $25, $40 for couples. The tickets includes dinner.
The play is the story of the parable of the 10 virgins in the 25th book of Matthew in the Bible.
In the story, five wise virgins and five foolish virgins take a journey to meet the bridegroom for marriage. The foolish virgins lead a masquerade lifestyle only to discover when they reach heaven that they find a destiny they did not expect.
Cast members are Rinata Hollins, Katrina Woodlief, Adrian Conrad, D. Fountain, Breanna Conrad, Stacy Heard, Angelia Foster, Candice Wilson and Lacrecia Terrence, Wanda McFarland, Michelle Early. Latecia Walker, Darron Fontenot, Brittany Garnette, Yumekia Crystal and Sandra Sanders.
