Advocate staff report April 05, 2014 Comments “Pitch Perfect 2,” a sequel to the hit 2012 musical-comedy “Pitch Perfect,” is seeking male and female dancers ages 18 and up. A casting call for the sequel is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Ric Seeling’s Dance Club, 10776 N. Harrells Ferry Road. Dancers should come ready to perform and in appropriate dance attire and footwear. The casting contact is firstname.lastname@example.org. The original “Pitch Perfect” was shot largely in Baton Rouge on the LSU campus. Starring Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow, Rebel Wilson and Elizabeth Banks, the film grossed nearly $65 million at the box office. Banks is set to direct the sequel.
