Louisiana native Ian Somerhalder, star of the CW show, The Vampire Diaries, and founder of the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, will participate in Best Friends Animal Society’s annual Strut Your Mutt event at Park Sans Souci in Lafayette beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22. The foundation hopes to raise $150,000 at the event.
