Kardashian: Ex drags feet in divorce case

LOS ANGELES — Kim Kardashian’s attorney said the television personality wants her divorce to move forward, but lawyers for her estranged husband said they’re still pursuing an annulment.

Kardashian’s attorney Laura Wasser told a judge Friday that she thinks Kris Humphries’ hurt feelings and media attention on the divorce are slowing the case. She noted the case has lasted longer than the couple’s 72-day marriage.

Wasser said the case is simple but could get expensive for the NBA player if he continues to pursue his claims that the marriage was a fraud.

Model wants $46,000 monthly for son, 5

NEW YORK — French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault was grilled about his spending Friday in his New York child-support fight with supermodel Linda Evangelista.

They’re locking horns over what, if anything, he should pay toward the care of their 5-year-old son.

Evangelista has said she’s spending $46,000 a month on the boy’s expenses — including armed bodyguards and a 24-hour-a-day nanny.

Pinault didn’t pay anything toward the boy’s care until Evangelista sued in the summer. He said she never responded to his 2007 child-support offer.

Cee Lo Green to stay on ‘The Voice’ panel

LOS ANGELES — Cee Lo Green said he’ll stick with “The Voice” singing competition show “as long as it’s fresh.”

The rapper-turned-singer joined the show last year as coach and judge alongside Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine.

Green, 37, said considers the gig a “day job” and expects that NBC has plans in place should any of the judges decide to leave. But for now he’s happy to continue “building the brand of Cee Lo Green” on the popular TV series, which ends its second season next week.
