Video: La. motorcyclists join effort to honor vets

The event, hosted by the Baton Rouge Chapter of the Nation of Patriots  is part of the nation-wide Patriot Tour 2014 which carries a single American Flag through a 14,000-mile 100-day, 48-state journey honoring AmericaÕs past, present and fallen Armed Forces personnel. The Flag is transported city to city by motorcycle enthusiasts who want to do their part to support our troops. This effort is to raise awareness of the Nation of Patriots cause Ð Financially Supporting Families of Wounded Veterans. All donations collected locally stay here to help Louisiana Veterans.

More than 180 motorcyclists accompanied Old Glory to Lafayette, part of a nationwide tour honoring veterans and bringing awareness to the financial struggles of returning soldiers.
