Makes 3 cups. Recipe is from Brigid Durel.
1/2 bunch fresh spinach
3 ribs celery
1 large tomato
3 large carrots
1/2 bunch fresh kale
1 tbl. (or 1-inch measure) of raw ginger
Push all ingredients through juicer. Alternating leafy vegetables with solid ones will help ease the leafy vegetables through.
