Makes 5 cups of juice. Recipe is from Brigid Durel, who says all juices should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
2 whole cucumbers
3 ribs of celery
1 bunch fresh kale
1 bunch fresh spinach
2 Granny Smith apples, cored
2 green pears, cored
Push ingredients through juicer. May need to skim off foam that forms on top.
