One victim told deputies Norwood showed up at her house on Aug. 18 and identified himself as a U.S. marshal. The victim said he displayed a five-point badge hanging from his neck and demanded to see her sons, the warrant says.
She said Norwood kept fiddling with the badge so she could not read it and screamed and cursed at her when she told him her sons were not home, the affidavit says.
