In other business at the Downtown Development District Commission meeting Tuesday:

Mirabito said CATS is determining where the buses will pick up and drop off football fans. LSU opens it home football season Sept. 7 against the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Plans are also underway for CATS to offer express service from Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport to downtown, Mirabito said.
