Dr. Raymond and Marlene Folse celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner party at their home, The LaBarre House, in Napoleonville.
Howard and Mary Evelyn McKey Betz celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Ruffino’s Restaurant in Baton Rouge.
Barry and Nancy Campeaux, of Ponchatoula, observed their 50th wedding anniversary July 27.
The celebration included a vow renewal ceremony during a Mass at St. Albert Catholic Student Center Chapel. Officiating was Bishop Robert W. Muench with Father Randy Cuevas and Father Pat Mascarella concelebrating.
A reception followed at Twelve Oaks on the Southeastern Louisiana University campus.
Attending the event with family and friends were the maid of honor, Mickey Faucheux, and one of the groomsmen, Ray Patron.
The honorees have 12 grandchildren: Tim, Katie and Rebecca Robinson; Matthew and Lindsey Boss; Mark, Jessica, Brittany and Kyle Segalla; and Megan, Lauren and Austin Davis.
The Campeauxes were married July 27, 1963, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Jefferson.
Pierre and Barbara Titard celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in July with a family cruise to the Bahamas.
Accompanying them were their children and spouses, Michael Titard of Shreveport; Marcelle Funke and husband Todd, of Orlando, Fla.; Laura Tschirhart and husband Stephen, of Waco, Texas; and Brian Titard of Memphis, Tenn.
Also present were the honorees’ three grandchildren, Kyle Funke, Kara Funke and Collin Tschirhart.
The Titards were married July 20, 1963, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Baton Rouge. She is the former Barbara Bryant.
George Donald and Jo Ann Patton Berger, of Hattiesburg, Miss., formerly of Springfield and Plaquemine, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 17.
The honorees have two daughters, Pamela Moreland and Kimberly Greene, and two granddaughters, Hayley and Alexandra Moreland.
The Bergers were married Aug. 17, 1963, in Chickasaw, Ala., by the Rev. Bob Barker Sr.
