Pronto Pimento Cheese Sandwiches
Makes 2 sandwiches. Recipe is from “In a Snap! Tasty Southern Recipes You Can Make in 5, 10, 15, or 30 Minutes” by Tammy Algood
1 heaping cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbls. mayonnaise
1 tsp. honey mustard
4 slices white sandwich bread
½ tsp. paprika
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise, and honey mustard.
2. Spread evenly on two slices of the bread and sprinkle with the paprika. Top with the remaining slices, cut in half on the diagonal, and serve immediately.
Storage note: Refrigerate leftovers and use within 5 days.
