OCCUPATION: Retail manager of Brooks Brothers and CEO of Eimmij & Co. image consulting.

Tell us about what you’re wearing. “I am a gentleman that likes to embrace color. My ensemble today consist of a green gingham dress shirt courtesy of Brooks Brothers matched with a pair of tailored trousers from Asos. Embracing the summer, I ditched the socks and went bare, wearing a pair of brown suede tassel loafers from Asos. Added accessories are a pair of mustard-colored braces also courtesy Brooks Brothers along with a novelty tie by J. Crew. To top it off, I threw on a trucker jacket by Levis.”

What’s the best fashion advice you’ve ever gotten? “A wise gentleman once told me, there are three important questions you should ask yourself before leaving your place of residence: 1) Where am I headed? 2) What is it that I want to advertise about myself? and 3) What is the proper attire for the event?”

What’s your favorite fashion trend right now? “The trend that I follow right now is velvet slippers, which was originated in the 1840s by Prince Albert, but has now become very trendy within menswear.”

Finish these sentences. I splurge on ... “Accessories, because they can add life to a dreadful wardrobe.”

I skimp on … “Multiple styles of denim.”

What’s your favorite accessory ... shoes, belts, ties, socks, etc? “My favorite accessories are socks and shoes, preferably socks with color and pattern and tassel loafers (suede, velvet, leather, etc.)”

Name a celebrity whose closet you’d like to raid. “The celebrity’s closet that I would like to raid is Scott Disick (Kourtney Kardashian’s boyfriend).”

What’s the one manly beauty product you can’t live without? “The beauty product that I cannot live without would be my cologne, La Nuit Del’ Hommie by Yves Saint Laurent.”

What was your worst fashion mistake? “My worst fashion mistake was wearing over-sized clothing in my younger years.”

Your house is on fire and you can grab only one thing out of your closet; what would it be? “The one thing I would grab is my tailor-made, shawl-collared black tuxedo.”
