2 oz VOM FASS Grappa
1 oz VOM FASS Apricot Liqueur
1 splash Waldburg Balsam Calamansi Fruit Vinegar
1 dash Waldburg Fig Chili Fruit Vinegar
3 dashes VOM FASS Gentian Liqueur or Peychaud's bitters
Pour all into a cocktail shaker filled with ice & shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist.
