Makes about 1½ cups. Recipe is from Charmaine Dupre.
¾ cup fresh cilantro leaves
¼ cup parsley leaves
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
2 tbls. pine nuts
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄3 cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1. Put all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
