Hanley’s Chicken Richardeaux
Serves 4. Recipe is by Richard Hanley Jr.
1 (8-oz.) bottle Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
1 pinch chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
4 lemon slices, for garnish
1. Marinate chicken tenders in 5 ounces of Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing for at least 15 minutes, but it’s best to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. Bring skillet to medium heat and sear chicken for 3 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Drizzle remaining Hanley’s Sensation Salad Dressing over seared chicken. Garnish each serving with cilantro and lemon slices that have been cut halfway through and then twisted.
Tip: Use a cooking screen over skillet.
