Ginger, Green Onion & Lime Chimichurri
Serves 4. Recipe is by Steven Marsella, executive chef, Heritage Grill and Ralph Brennan Catering and Events.
1 bunch green onions
2 tbls. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
11/2 tbls. finely grated fresh ginger root
1 tbl. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsps. extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients except salt in a food processor and purée until smooth.
2. Remove and transfer to a bowl; add salt as needed. Pair with salmon, swordfish, tuna, shrimp or chicken.
