Broiled Red Fish and Veggies
Recipe is by Dr. Tooley Towns, who says quantities depend on the number of people being served and the cook’s choice.
Red fish fillets
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
Lump crab meat
Broccoli, cut into pieces
Fresh garlic cloves
1 tbl. olive oil
1 tbl. butter
1. Season fillets with Tony’s and broil for 5 to 6 minutes. Top with lime juice and lump crab meat.
2. Sauté asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil and butter. Season with lemon pepper.
