NEW ORLEANS — St. Louis Cathedral has released its schedule for Holy Week 2013, which began Monday and culminates with Easter on Sunday.
Mass will be said at 7:30 a.m. and noon Wednesday, with the sacrament of penance to take place from 11 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.
Archbishop Gregory Aymond will say the Mass of the Lord’s Last Supper at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Good Friday will include stations of the cross at noon, the sacrament of penance from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the liturgy of the Lord’s passion and death at 3 p.m.
Aymond will celebrate Easter vigil Mass at 8 p.m. Holy Saturday.
The Mass of the Risen Christ will be said at 9 a.m. Easter Sunday, and Aymond will say the 11 a.m. Mass.
Another Mass will be said at 12:30 p.m.
