Strawberries & Sour Cream Dip or Dessert
Makes 1 cup cream sauce; serves 4 as dessert. Recipe is by Corinne Cook.
1 cup sour cream (regular, light or no fat)
2 tbls. firmly packed brown sugar
1⁄8 tsp. cinnamon
16 ozs. fresh whole strawberries with stems for dips or sliced for dessert
1. In small bowl, stir together sour cream, brown sugar and cinnamon until well blended.
2. Place dip in pretty bowl for dipping strawberries into or slice berries and put them in wine glass or small bowl and top them with a dollop of the cream sauce.
