Corned Beef Hash

Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Julie Kay.

1 (28-oz.) pkg. frozen Potatoes O’Brian, semithawed

6 to 7 slices cooked corned beef, shredded or chopped

3 green onions, chopped

1 tbl. horseradish

1 (10.75-oz.) can cream of celery soup

½ tsp. Creole seasoning

1. Put potatoes and shredded corned beef into slow cooker. Add in green onions, horseradish, cream of celery soup and Creole seasoning.

2. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
