Companion Animal Alliance, 2680 E. Progress Road, has adoptable cats and dogs of every age and size. The center is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays. The center is closed for adoptions on Mondays. Adoptable pets may also be found at off-site event locations listed at http://www.friendsoftheanimalsbr.org or http://www.companionanimals.org. Before adoption, all pets are spayed or neutered, given microchip identification implants, fully vaccinated and come with a rabies voucher. Volunteer and foster help is welcomed.
