The Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the House of Grace personal care home will host a concert at 5 p.m. Feb. 23 at First Baptist Church in Denham Springs.
The event will showcase vocalists Carlton Jones and Jeremy Downey, country singer Perry Walton with Terry Bankston on harmonica, Tracey Ardoin and Jennifer Edgar, 10-year-old fiddler Jacey Jacobson, and Michelle Morgan with Robert Reynolds and the Rosie & The Riveters stage band.
The featured artist is Alabama native Steve Campbell. Also performing are three-time magician of the year David Miller and stage actor Lyndon Arledge as Cajun humorist Justin Wilson. Miss Louisiana Teen USA Bailey Hidalgo will also make a guest appearance, organizers said.

Denham Springs Old City Hall Museum, 115 Mattie St., will host a textile exhibit through March 4.
Items will include vintage clothing from the 1950s to the 1980s. Jewelry, hats, furs and accessories will also be on display, organizers said.
Hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The Livingston Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory will host Science Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The topic will be Leaps and Bounds, organizers said.
Every Science Saturday visitor will have the opportunity to tour the facility and talk to an LIGO scientist or science specialist. In addition, visitors can explore and interact with more than 40 LIGO Science Concept exhibits. The event is free.

The Monday meeting of the Livingston Parish Retired Teachers Association has been cancelled, organizers said.
The next meeting will be March 11 at the School Board Office in Livingston.
The Denham Springs High School’s Jackets Against Destructive Decisions club will hold a “Parents’ Night Out” Valentine’s Day Fun Night from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Feb. 16. Children will spend the evening playing games and making crafts. The cost is $15 per child and $10 for each additional child.
