Dutchtown’s Winey is Student of Year

Dutchtown Middle School student Kayla Winey was named the school’s Student of the Year.
Nominees for the award were Kayla, Grace Graugnard, Katelyn Lund and Jordan Zuppardo.
Kayla is president of the 4-H Club, governor of Student Council and has received state recognition from Duke University.
The four nominees have all maintained a 4.0 grade point averages throughout their entire school years, a news release from the school states.
