Salú Small Plates and Wine Bar, 3226 Magazine St., New Orleans, has new hours.
The eatery will be open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
Salú’s menu offers a variety of soups and salads; mussels; flatbreads; cheese and charcuterie plates; small plates; entrees such as pan-seared rainbow trout, paella; and a variety of wines and cocktails.
Dustin Brien is the executive chef, Greg Thomas the general manager and Michael Ruoss the culinary director.

Californa Pizza Kitchen, which operates a location at 10001 Perkins Rowe, Baton Rouge, announced a partnership with Colvy Red, a wine whose proceeds go to charities that support heart health.
Colby Red is inspired by Colby Groom, who had two open-heart surgeries as a child and persuaded his winemaker father to create a wine that raises money to help others, the restaurant said in a news release.
California Pizza Kitchen will sell Colby Red by the glass or bottle through the end of April.
The company will also donate $10,000 to charities that focus on heart health throughout the year.
“We are so inspired by Colby and are honored to feature Colby Red wine on our menu to help raise awareness for a great cause,” said G.J. Hart, chief executive officer for California Pizza Kitchen.
The new Galatoire’s Bar at 215 Bourbon St. in New Orleans’ French Quarter debuted Feb. 8.
The bar is next door to the 108-year-old Galatoire’s restaurant, 209 Bourbon St., in what had been a vacant, three-story building.
