A permit application has been filed for Audubon Apartment Homes on the north side of Mount Pleasant Zachary Road (La. 64) between Barsket Road and Bur Oak Drive.
The $14.5 million, 252,080-square-foot development would consist of 182 one-, two- and three-bedroom units in 12 buildings, plus a carwash stall and a clubhouse.
The owners, listed as Heritage Construction, could not be reached for comment.
