Students pair with Saint to share

Academy of the Sacred Heart sixth-grade Student Council representatives traveled to Kingsley House on Jan. 17 to deliver sporting goods and books collected by the school’s primary and middle school divisions for the ‘Super Kids-Super Sharing’ program, an outreach associated with the Super Bowl.

Students sorted their donations with students from schools around New Orleans and had the opportunity to take pictures with Saints ambassador Michael Lewis and the Saintsations.

More than 10,000 books and 2,000 pieces of sporting equipment were gathered by participating schools.
