If you planned on pork chops for tonight, you will probably lightly season them and put them on the grill or in the oven to broil or bake. This is a five-minute gravy or sauce that my grandchildren like with pork that I’ve used for a long time.
The ingredients are simply heated together until the butter and brown sugar are melted. The tart, sweet sauce goes well with pork and can be served with chops or roast. The recipe makes about 1 cup, but can easily be doubled.
