Avid readers were rewarded during a Dec. 19 program at Central Middle School.
Librarian Lisa Braud said 122 students who met three pre-set goals in the school’s Accelerated Reader program were treated to games and fun activities in the library.
Students decorated cupcakes; made ornaments; played board games, bean bag toss and washer toss; and enjoyed technology time.
The students who met their three goals had their names entered into the program’s end-of-the-year cash and prize drawing, Braud said.
