Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Makes 1 drink. Recipe is from Jamie Mascari.
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup strawberries
1 cup low-fat milk
1 scoop protein powder
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
