Baton Rouge police arrested a 20-year-old man accused of shooting at a car carrying four people, including two children, on West Brock Place in July, according to an arrest warrant.
A woman told police she had been in a fight with a family member of Jamarcus Harris on July 7 at 12200 W. Brock Place, the warrant says.
After the fight, the woman tried to leave in her vehicle with her two children and a friend inside, the warrant says.

Authorities arrested at least one person suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked him into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, booking records show.
Kevin Murray, 34, 30761 Banett Lane, Denham Springs, was booked into Parish Prison on one count each of first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and seat belt violation.
