Community Coffee Co., of Baton Rouge, is promoting its move into new markets across the Southeast, including northwest Arkansas and Nashville, with television commercials.
The spots are designed to introduce the Community brand, show the 93-year-old company’s heritage and its passion and commitment for making coffee, according to Community.
The commercial includes shots of the company’s founder, Henry Norman “Cap” Saurage; the bridge to Port Allen, which is the location of Community’s roasting plant; and fourth-generation owner and Chairman Matt Saurage.
“Over the past few years, we have seen a steady increase in the popularity of Community Coffee products in the Southeast,” Saurage said in a news release. The expansion into the new markets will allow the company to meet the growing demand for its products.
