Northeast High School will host a community forum at 6 p.m. Tuesday to get parents, students and community input on what they want in their public schools.
East Baton Rouge Parish Superintendent Bernard Taylor has held four such forums as part of a push to convert four areas of Baton Rouge into attendance regions where students have more choices in which schools they attend.
The forum will be held at the high school, 13700 Pride Port-Hudson Road in Pride.
Taylor has described his ideas as a “framework for discussion” and far from final decisions.
