International School of Louisiana held its 10th Annual Refrigerator Art Auction and Gala recently at the Louisiana Children’s Museum.
Inspired by the kitchen appliance that serves as the first showcase for many budding artists, this fun-filled event featured an eclectic art auction of hand painted custom-designed fridge doors.
Event proceeds support Enrichment Programs at the International School of Louisiana, a public charter school providing a language immersion education in French and Spanish.
ISL has three campuses: Uptown, Westbank, and Jefferson Parish.
Named a national Charter School of the Year by the Center for Education Reform, the International School of Louisiana is the only tuition-free, multi-language immersion school in Louisiana.
Students at ISL are introduced to the world’s rich cultural heritage through a rigorous and expansive education.
