NAME: Jonathan Dumas.

AGE: 18.

OCCUPATION: Student.

Tell us about what you’re wearing.

“Starting from the top — an H&M blazer, Ralph Lauren sweater, Express button-up shirt and a vintage knit Yves St. Laurent tie; carrying over to coral H&M trousers; and finishing off with woven leather cap-toed Allen Edmond shoes. Sort of a classy chic outfit with an elegant version of the proverbial holiday sweater.”

What’s the best fashion advice you’ve ever gotten?

“‘You would be surprised how much you can do with simple lines and clean tailoring,’ — Viviane M.”

What’s your favorite trend right now?

“I like everything from geek-chic to frat-boy to euro-trash. It just depends on my mood.”

Finish this sentence. I splurge on…

“Pretty much everything. Ties, shoes, blazers, the whole lot.”

I skimp on…

“Basically nothing. It’s fashion … get real.”

What’s your favorite accessory — shoes, ties, hats, etc?

“Definitely shoes and ties. Sunglasses are up there too.”

How many would you say you have?

“Shoes, 17 pairs; ties, somewhere around 25; and sunglasses, six pairs.”

Name a celebrity whose closet you’d like to raid.

“Douglas Booth, pretty much everything he owns is Burberry, and he’s THE modern English gentleman.”

What’s the one beauty product you can’t live without?

“Cologne, I’m horrified of smelling bad.”

What was your worst fashion mistake?

“My existence between the ages of 14-16.”

Your house is on fire and you can grab only one thing out of your closet; what would it be?

“I would grab as many of my blazers as I could.”
