Police booked a second suspect Tuesday and are looking for a third man in the Nov. 6 shooting death of a 34-year-old man on Wyandotte Street, Baton Rouge police said.
Police booked Juan Herbert, 21, 3127 Pampas St., with first-degree murder in the slaying of Derrick Marioneaux, who was shot and killed at 6:33 p.m. at 3184 Wyandotte St., according to a police news release.
A 14-year-old was arrested and booked with first-degree murder Nov. 15 in Marioneaux’s death, police said.
Police also issued an arrest warrant for Benjamin Bailey, 20, 2630 Arbutus St., the third suspect in Marioneaux’s death.
Herbert was accidently shot during the incident and taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. Herbert was released from the hospital Tuesday and booked, police said.

Authorities arrested at least three people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Monday and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, booking records show.
