SAN ANTONIO — Sophomore Madelene Sagstrom shot even par and junior Lindsay Gahm posted a 1-over 73 to pace the LSU women’s golf team to eighth place Monday after two rounds at The Alamo Invitational at the Briggs Ranch Golf Course on Monday.
Sagstrom and Gahm are tied for 20th at 1-over 145 after 36 holes. Sarah Beth Davis of Texas A&M leads at 7-under 137.
As a team, LSU posted a round of 9-over 297 Monday and is at 12-over 588 after 36-holes. Oklahoma leads at 13-under 563, eight shots ahead of Texas A&M.
