The Ascension Parish Library is planning a Creepy Carnival Goosebumps Party at its Dutchtown branch.
Children in second through fifth grades can take part in a witch hat ring toss, an eyeball toss, a photo booth, and for the crafty, design a mummy pin.
The Creepy Carnival Goosebumps Party will take place at 10 a.m. Oct. 20 at the Dutchtown branch, La. 73.
