Vanguard College of Cosmetology plans to nearly double the size of its Baton Rouge campus in the spring of 2013 with the acquisition of a 12,000-square- foot building at 12258 Coursey Blvd.
The sale price was $435,000 and included the adjacent vacant lot at the Parkoaks, Hank Saurage, of Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate LLC, said in a press release.
Sauarage represented VCC owners Lisa and Mark Palermo, along with John Paul Dejoria, in the transaction.
The building was formerly operated by the Land of Oz School and Day Care. The property was owned by Pineda Properties LLC, represented by Bill Jeansonne, of Saurage Rotenberg.
