The Travel Channel’s “All You Can Meat” visits several Louisiana sites in episodes airing 10 a.m.-noon Wednesday (cable Channel 55).
In the “Pulled Pork” episode at 10 a.m., host Chuey Martinez tries a pork shoulder with a French twist in New Orleans.
At 11:30 am., “Bacon” visits Warren Perrin’s farm in Henry, where Martinez samples pork cracklins and crawfish.
The other episodes are “Poultry” at 10:30 a.m., and “Steak” at 11 a.m.
