11/2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium orange, zested and juiced
1 tbl. seasame oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbl. minced ginger
1/2 cup tamari
2 tbls. cornstarch
1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, prepared as directed on package and drained
1 (8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 cups cooked wild rice
1. In a large skillet, sauté sirloin and orange zest in oil. Stir in onions, garlic and ginger, cook 2 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix tamari and cornstarch. Stir into skillet mixture slowly.
3. Stir in orange juice and remaining ingredients. Heat through.
