Buffalo BBQ Tofu
Serving size depends on application. Recipe is by Kristy Prattini.
1 (14-oz.) tub extra-firm tofu, water pressed out by layering it with paper towels, dish towels and putting a heavy pot on top
1 cup vegan barbecue sauce
1 tbl. vegan Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps. smoked paprika
Hot sauce, to taste
Honey, to taste
1. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, hot sauce and honey. Toss with tofu pieces.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
