Kettlebell swing:

Kettlebell swing: Straddle kettlebell with feet slightly wider than shoulder distance. Squat down shoulders over kettlebell with taut low back, chest and eyes forward. Lifting kettlebell off of floor and bringing it slightly forward immediately dip down swinging kettlebell under hips.
