Sweet and Salty Melon Bites
Makes 20 to 30 bites. Recipe is from Madria Sangria. Jamón is a cured ham from Spain. If you can’t find it at your local grocery, you can use prosciutto.
1 medium cantaloupe or honeydew melon
20 to 30 paper-thin slices of jamón or proscuitto
Cut melon into bite-sized pieces. Wrap jamón around melon slice and secure with a toothpick.
